Our Sourcer role is ideal for a detail-oriented sourcing expert who enjoys leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to build dynamic pipelines, particularly for retail sales positions in the U.S. market. As part of our global team, you’ll play a crucial part in the success of high-visibility projects by identifying, engaging, and qualifying the right candidates for our client.

Our Sourcer is accountable for:

• Driving outbound sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and pipeline US based candidates for sales and beauty industry related roles
• Building and executing proactive sourcing strategies focused on engaging passive candidates
• Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies
• Crafting personalized, compelling outreach to U.S. based candidates and delivering high-volume sourcing activity
• Building and maintaining high-quality pipelines while driving strong conversion and pass-through rates
• Tracking pipeline activity, maintaining ATS accuracy, and reporting on sourcing performance and market insights

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• 3+ years of relevant sourcing experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting sourcing for the U.S. market
• Professional English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience sourcing for retail sales positions
• Demonstrated experience using a variety of sourcing tools—including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other major job boards—to identify and engage top talent
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with U.S. based stakeholders

This role is fully remote and available for candidates in Latin America.

Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location
