Our Benefits Analyst is accountable for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive benefits strategies that align with organizational goals and employee needs
- Analyzing and evaluating existing benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch new benefits initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conducting thorough research on industry trends and best practices to inform benefits strategy and program design
- Managing vendor relationships and overseeing the administration of benefits programs, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
- Providing expert guidance and support to employees on benefits-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and understanding of benefits options
- Monitoring and analyzing benefits metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Leading projects to integrate benefits programs with other HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experience
- 2+ years of experience with benefits administration, plan design, cost modeling
- Working to advanced knowledge in benefits administration software (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar)
- Knowledge of ERISA regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for benefits reporting
- Understanding of health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, and retirement plans
- Operational and compliance experience managing leaves (FMLA, Unpaid leave, State Mandated leaves, disability etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex benefits data
Base pay range for this position is $51,300-$85,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
