14752 - Project Associate
Vita Global Sciences, a division of Kelly, is currently seeking a Project Associate
Work remotely, with occasional onsite meetings and travel (once or twice a year).
Description:
This individual will provide administrative and project coordination support for Projects Managers.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Billing support and invoice coordination
- Timesheet tracking and follow-up
- Meeting minutes and action item management
- Maintaining project trackers and reporting artifacts
- Coordinating internal requests and stakeholder follow-ups
- General project administration and operational support
In parallel, the Project Associate would be trained on VGS Operations processes and ways of working. Over time, the role would evolve to provide broader operational support across the VGS organization, serving as a shared resource and helping drive consistency, coordination, and execution across our operational activities.
This role will provide immediate value on the client account while also creating longer-term operational capacity for the VGS team overall.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in a Business experience (either in staffing or contingent workforce area).
Skills Required:
- Excel – Intermediate to Advanced
- Experience creating, updating and managing Excel
- Experience with invoices, general understanding of accounting i.e., credits and debits
- Experience working with timesheets
- Strong business writing skills including excellent spelling and grammar
- Ability to problem solve and strong critical thinking skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple hiring managers and contractors
- Previous experience supporting Clinical, Medical Device or Pharma contingent staffing programs required
- Staffing Industry experience preferred
Base pay range for this position is $60,000 – $68,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
