Our Kelly Education Account Manager (Onsite) is accountable for:

  • Serving as Kelly Education’s primary on-site partner within the school district, building strong relationships with district leaders, school administrators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Leading the day-to-day management, engagement, performance, and retention of a large paraeducator workforce, with a focus on supporting special education programs and student needs.
  • Conducting workplace observations, providing coaching and feedback, completing performance evaluations, and addressing attendance, performance, and other workforce concerns in partnership with internal teams and district stakeholders.
  • Partnering with Kelly Education recruiting and talent teams to attract, onboard, train, and retain qualified paraeducators and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Monitoring program performance, workforce trends, client needs, and market conditions; using data and insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.
  • Managing key account responsibilities, including client reporting, business reviews, program compliance, financial awareness, and support for special education summer school or Extended School Year (ESY) programs.
  • Supporting the growth of the Kelly Education partnership by identifying opportunities to expand services and introduce additional Kelly Education solutions that support the district’s evolving needs.
  • Collaborating across Kelly Education teams to deliver a seamless client and talent experience while strengthening account relationships, retention, and long-term growth.

    This position is based onsite in Malvern, PA, a minimum of four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experience

  • Experience working in, supporting, or partnering with special education programs or environments is strongly preferred. Experience as a special educator, paraeducator, school administrator, related service provider, or in another special education setting is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, supervising, or managing a workforce, team, or group of employees, including providing feedback and addressing performance and attendance concerns.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills, with the ability to establish credibility and collaborate effectively with school district leaders, administrators, employees, and internal partners.
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with a variety of audiences and facilitate productive conversations around performance, workforce needs, and business opportunities.
  • Experience using data, reporting, workforce trends, or business insights to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and support informed decision-making.
  • Recruiting, staffing, vendor management, education, workforce management, or account management experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Base pay range for this position is $65,000–$72,000 per year, with a target annual bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
