About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our client. This is a client-managed Recruitment on Demand (ROD) engagement where the client provides all recruiting tools, systems, and training.

The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for varied positions while partnering directly with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and hiring outcomes.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:
 

•    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer. 

•    Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies. 

•    Source passive candidates through multiple channels. 

•    Conduct recruiter screenings and evaluate both technical and behavioral qualifications. 

•    Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 

•    Present qualified candidates with clear assessments and recommendations. 

•    Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams. 

•    Maintain accurate documentation within the client's ATS. 

•    Deliver a positive candidate experience while managing multiple concurrent requisitions. 

Required Qualifications:

•    3+ years of relevant sourcing experience

•    Demonstrated experience supporting recruiting for the U.S. market 

• Experience sourcing for retail sales positions
  Demonstrated experience using a variety of sourcing tools—including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, indeed, and other major job boards—to identify and engage top talent.
•    Professional English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills  
•    Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. 
•    Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously. 
•    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
