Our Recruiter is accountable for:
- Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
- Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
- Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or related fields within a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset with an ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
- Results-driven, achieving tasks, goals, and expectations with focus, determination, and resiliency.
- Action-oriented, approaching responsibilities with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills, able to accomplish work with minimal direction.
- Demonstrated situational adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to shift priorities and approaches in response to changing and ambiguous scenarios.
- Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills, capable of engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
Base compensation range: $ 51,300 – $65,000 annually. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
