Role Overview

Our Data Reporting Analyst will leverage Vendor Management Systems (VMS), reporting tools, and advanced analytics to provide data-driven insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making across Kelly’s workforce solutions.

This role supports our Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO), Independent Contractor (IC)/Statement of Work (SOW), and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs, partnering closely with the Program Management Office (PMO), Process & Performance Excellence, and operational leaders to deliver meaningful reporting, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

The Data Reporting Analyst is accountable for:

  • Developing, publishing, andmaintainingrecurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Analyzing program performance, SLA/KPI metrics, and workforce data toidentifytrends and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Partnering with Program Management, PMO, and business stakeholders to deliver customized reporting solutions.
  • Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Annual Business Reviews (ABRs), audits, and client reporting initiatives.
  • Ensuring data integrity through quality validation, process improvements, and reporting standardization.
  • Supporting new client implementations by designing reporting solutions, performance metrics, and analytical controls.
  • Continuouslyidentifyingopportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting processes.
  • Performingadditionalreporting and analytical duties as assigned.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in data reporting, business analytics, finance, operations, IT, or workforce solutions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, charting, and large dataset management.
  • Experience analyzing complex datasets and presenting actionable business insights.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, VNDLY) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Access, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience supporting staffing, MSP, RPO, CWO, or SOW programs is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,500 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
