We are seeking a Talent Enablement Manager to lead and mentor a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators in our Global Delivery Center in Budapest, Hungary. This role will manage capacity against current and forecasted demand, oversee how resources are allocated and moved between assignments, and be accountable for bench performance. A key priority will be protecting revenue and margin by ensuring trained capacity remains productive.
The position requires strong operational leadership, a passion for learning and development, effective resource allocation, and a focus on recruitment excellence and innovation.
The Talent Enablement Manager is accountable for:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of talent acquisition specialists, ensuring resource optimization and effective service delivery across multiple client accounts.
- Own the full talent lifecycle for the Global Delivery Center, including demand forecasting, cohort planning, training, certification, allocation, movement, and redeployment into temporary and permanent account teams.
- Build and maintain a rolling demand strategy with EMEA account leadership, Solution Design, and Sales, considering pipeline opportunities, new wins, ramp plans, seasonal peaks, and contract expirations.
- Translate forecasted demand into a training calendar that develops the required capabilities ahead of business needs.
- Partner with RPO University to organize onboarding and ongoing technical and soft-skills training.
- Monitor individual and account performance to ensure client and internal KPIs, SLAs, and productivity goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, client stakeholders, and program leadership to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operating efficiency within a shared-services environment.
- Serve as a point of escalation for operational matters involving internal stakeholders.
- Own headcount and budget forecasting for the delivery center and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with other delivery locations to exchange best practices and standardize learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Internal Talent Acquisition team on the strategy for the Hungary Delivery Center, including employer branding and EVP, sourcing strategies, diversity hiring, and candidate experience.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in RPO or talent acquisition within a multi-client environment.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience, including performance management, coaching, skill development, and assignment of responsibilities.
- Experience operating across multiple European markets.
- Strong operational leadership expertise in recruitment lifecycle processes, resource allocation, and workforce planning within a multi-country or regional environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with the credibility to influence senior internal stakeholders and client leadership.
- Proven experience designing or scaling training, academy, onboarding, or capability-building programs, including the underlying curriculum, cadence, and measurement.
- Demonstrated success managing stakeholders and delivering outcomes that meet or exceed service-level expectations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics, and workflow optimization in a shared-services or centralized delivery environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to shifting demands, and solve complex operational challenges.
