Kelly Pediatric Therapy Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager serves as the day-to-day clinical and operational liaison between Kelly Pediatric Therapy, our school district partner, students receiving services, and treating therapists. This role provides onsite leadership and support to therapists, partners directly with district leadership and school teams, and works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality clinical services and successful program delivery.

The Clinical Manager will be based at the district office and will work onsite at least 50% of the workweek, Monday through Friday, with hours that align with the school district's operating schedule.

The Clinical Manager is accountable for:

• Leading and supporting the clinical team by managing, coaching, mentoring, and engaging pediatric therapists while helping ensure appropriate staffing and high-quality service delivery.
• Serving as the primary day-to-day liaison for the district, building strong relationships with district administrators, school teams, therapists, students, and other key stakeholders.
• Partnering with the Clinical Director on clinical quality, therapist performance, student outcomes, compliance, escalations, and overall program success.
• Managing day-to-day program needs, including referrals, caseloads, staffing concerns, service delivery, documentation, and resolution of clinical or operational issues.
• Participating in IEP meetings, student support meetings, case conferences, and other district meetings where clinical expertise and Kelly representation are needed.
• Monitoring program performance and clinical outcomes, identifying trends and opportunities, and communicating key updates, risks, and recommendations to the Clinical Director and Kelly leadership.
• Supporting client satisfaction and program growth by proactively identifying district needs, resolving concerns, and helping strengthen the partnership between Kelly Pediatric Therapy and the school district.
  
  

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Licensed clinician with a minimum of 5 years of pediatric clinical experience in one of the following disciplines: Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Applied Behavior Analysis/BCBA, or Physical Therapy.
• Active and appropriate state licensure/certification required for the applicable clinical discipline.
• School-based pediatric therapy experience strongly preferred, with a strong understanding of the educational environment, special education, IEP processes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Previous experience providing clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, or team management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with district leaders, school staff, therapists, students, and families.
• Strong organization, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze clinical and program data, identify trends, and use information to support service quality, staffing, and program decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, address challenges proactively, and appropriately escalate issues when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn and effectively utilize Kelly and client systems and technology.
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Onsite presence at the school district office at least 50% of the workweek.
• Monday–Friday schedule with working hours aligned to the school district's operating hours.
• Ability to travel locally between district schools and other client locations as needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion when handling student, family, therapist, client, and company information.
• High ethical standards and commitment to quality, collaboration, and student-centered care.
• Positive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach with the ability to navigate changing district, student, and therapist needs.
  
  

Base pay range for this position is $85,000 – $100,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
