Our Sourcer role is ideal for a detail-oriented sourcing expert who enjoys leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to build dynamic pipelines, solutions for manufacturing and Go-To-Market (GTM) sales positions within the U.S. market. As part of our global team, you’ll play a crucial part in the success of high-visibility projects by identifying, engaging, and qualifying the right candidates for our client. This opportunity is ideal for an adaptable, driven sourcer based in the Medellín area who possesses a strong command of English, has proven experience navigating the U.S. hiring landscape, and can onboard quickly to meet the demands of straightforward, high-impact positions.

Our Sourcer is accountable for:

• Driving outbound sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and pipeline US based candidates for manufacturing, GTM sales and technical roles
• Building and executing proactive sourcing strategies focused on engaging passive candidates
• Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies
• Crafting personalized, compelling outreach to U.S. based candidates and delivering high-volume sourcing activity
• Building and maintaining high-quality pipelines while driving strong conversion and pass-through rates
• Tracking pipeline activity, maintaining ATS accuracy, and reporting on sourcing performance and market insights

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• 2+ years of relevant sourcing experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting sourcing for the U.S. market
• Professional English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience sourcing for Manufacturing and GTM sales positions
• Demonstrated experience using a variety of sourcing tools—including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other major job boards—to identify and engage top talent
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with U.S. based stakeholders

This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week onsite in the Medellín, Antioquia office.

Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location
