Role Overview
Our End-to-End Recruiter is a key contributor supporting a growing healthcare recruiting program focused on clinical talent acquisition. This role requires a recruiter who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
The Recruiter will serve as both a candidate-facing and client-facing partner, managing requisitions from intake through hire while collaborating closely with stakeholders to support critical hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical recruiting experience, creativity in sourcing strategies, and the ability to thrive during periods of fluctuating workload.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring leaders, developing innovative sourcing approaches, and supporting healthcare organizations through strategic talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
The Recruiter is accountable for:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and drive hiring outcomes.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for clinical healthcare positions.
- Building and maintaining active and passive talent pipelines through creative sourcing and outreach strategies.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Managing candidate communications and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Coordinating interview processes and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Providing recruiting updates, market intelligence, and candidate feedback to stakeholders.
- Managing offer processes and supporting negotiations within established compensation guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborating with recruiting teammates and stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle clinical healthcare recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Nursing professionals, or related clinical talent.
- Proven ability to manage requisitions independently from intake through hire.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to develop creative candidate attraction strategies.
- Excellent client-facing and candidate-facing communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Ability to support a fast-paced recruiting environment while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
Compensation – Review Requirements (Pay Transparency)
Base compensation range: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and hiring manager decision.
