Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME
Overall work experience: 6Exp with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design
• CAD Tool: Should have minimum of 4 years hands on experience in Creo 4.0
• Provide CAD support for designing and drafting of Machined and casting components.( Drivetrain components - housings, gears, shafts, etc. as per Creo-Modeling best Practices.)
• Experience in Advanced Part modeling, Assembly modeling and Surfacing using Creo 2.0
• Experience in Skeleton modeling, copy-geometry merge inheritance and reverse engineering.
• Well versed with best design-practices of Castings.
• Casting, forging, and machining process knowledge.
• Sheetmetal & piping modeling & drafting knowledge.
• GD&T & Tolerance Stack up knowledge
• Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
• Independent work executer with little support
• Awareness of MBD model based dimensioning practices
• Good communication skills both written and oral
