Role: Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead our Sourcing projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment leadership, client engagement capabilities, and a track record of meeting hiring targets across industries like IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, or FMCG.

This is a team management and delivery-focused role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to build and nurture both candidate and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client Engagement

· Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts; manage SLAs, drive fulfillment, and ensure client satisfaction.

· Conduct periodic client reviews and implement feedback to improve delivery effectiveness.

🔹 Team & Delivery Management

· Lead a team of 6–7 Sourcing Specialist to deliver high-quality Sourcing across levels.

· Set monthly and quarterly hiring targets, monitor team productivity and quality metrics.

· Review and optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and referral channels.

🔹 Process Excellence

· Implement recruitment best practices and process improvements to reduce TAT and increase offer-to-joining ratio.

· Maintain accurate and timely reporting using ATS/CRM tools and dashboards.

🔹 Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence

· Partner with clients to understand workforce plans, hiring needs, and market trends.

· Provide talent insights and hiring recommendations using data analytics and market benchmarking.

Key Requirements:

✅ Education & Experience:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field.

· 12 to 15 years of experience in permanent staffing with at least last 2–3 years in a leadership role.

✅ Skills & Competencies:

· Strong leadership and team coaching skills.

· Excellent understanding of sourcing strategies, boolean search, and recruitment lifecycle.

· Ability to manage multiple client accounts with speed and accuracy.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

· Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
