· Documentation for offer

· Post offer follow-ups

· Good in coordination with hiring manager

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

· Schedule & coordinate 15+ interviews on a daily basis

· Strong in candidate engagement

· Good in post offer follow-ups to ensure high offer to joining ratio

Experience/Education:

· Any Graduate

· 2-3 years of experience in interview coordination

· Should have good in coordination with hiring managers

· Good in communication

· Good in excel

· Should be experience in data management
