Role: Hiring Logistics Specialist

Key responsibilities & day-to-day activities:

· Having experience of recruitment process

· Having experience of onboarding process

· Worked with coordination, operations, compliance, verification, documentation.

· Manage database.

· Strong communication.

· Worked with campus hiring.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

· Schedule & coordinate 15+ interviews on a daily basis

· Strong in candidate engagement

· Good in post offer follow-ups to ensure high offer to joining ratio

· Strong experience in campus hiring

Experience/Education:

· Any Graduate

· 1-2 years of experience in interview coordination

· Should have good in coordination with hiring managers

· Good in communication

· Good in excel

· Should be experience in data management
