About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for IT technical roles as well as engineering positions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, direct interaction with Hiring Managers, and the ability to deliver top talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Hire for IT roles (developers, testers, data analysts, business analysts, cloud, DevOps)
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Engage and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring pre-joining connects and backup candidates.
- Share weekly dashboards and market insights with stakeholders.
- Support clients onsite (short-term 3–6 months) as part of the sourcing hub team.
Key Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on IT technical hiring.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and direct interaction with Hiring Managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in staffing/RPO background is acceptable.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Familiarity with ATS tools
- Proactive in market research, headhunting, and niche hiring.
