Job Title: Lead Software Engineer, Java Full Stack

Location: Pune

Experience: 7-10 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Skillsets: Java, React, Spring boot, microservices, AWS

Must Have

Education: Graduate - Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

Skill set:

• Must Have - Strong knowledge on Full Stack Application Development. Front End - React. Back-End : Java, SpringBoot, Microservices with Versioning Tools like RAD/Git/Maven
• Good to have Hands-on Experience in AWS Cloud Platforms - S3, SNS
• Experience in creating High Level Design Documents
• Good exposure to Agile - Scrum Ceremonies
• Advanced knowledge of Build Tools like Bamboo/Jenkins/Hudson.
• Advanced database concepts (SQL).
• Experience with SoapUI and Java Shared Libraries
• Exposure to Atlassian Tools like Stash/JIRA/Confluence
• Installation, Configuration and Integration of tools for creating the required development environment.
• Experience on handling Install failures, install updates, supporting local issues is a plus.
• Understanding of application server technology, specifically Tomcat. Sound tech

Other:

• Exposure to Mainframe(optional) Integration experience, high aptitude, positive attitude, strong inter-personal skills, good experience in estimation methodologies, excellent communication and time management skills required.
• Technical work experience on both CMP's & ABP's
• Good to Have QA Automation exposure - Cypress\Selenium
• Good English communication Exposure to global working environment
• Abilities like problem solving, analytical, time management, planning & decision making, self-motivated, facilitate collaborate

• Function Lead from both technical and delivery perspective with focus more on project and resource management
