Job Title: Mechanical Trainer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics

Skillsets: Technical Trainer , CNC , VMC Machines , SPM Machines, Creo, Mastercam and CADD.

Job Description:

• Training students in Mechanical stream like basic machines, CNC Turn/Mill.
• Adequate knowledge of Additive manufacturing.
• Good knowledge in software’s like Creo, Mastercam and CADD.
• Conducting evaluation of student’s skills and knowledge to identify the area of improvement.
• Supporting CNC Machining activities for other departments by involving the trainees.
• Supporting in ISO related activities and document preparation.
• Planning and procurement of materials and tools for training purpose.
• Conducting training for cross functional team on need basis.
• Supporting and mentoring of trainees.
• Training students in autonomous maintenance and ensuring basic condition of machines.
• Supporting LMS activities.
• Responsible for Continual improvement activity at training centre.
• Ensuring shop floor safety during training.
• Conducted orientation sessions and organized on-the-job training for new hires.
• Evaluated success of training programs and recommended improvements to upper management to enhance effectiveness.
• Workshop co-ordination, Training Content Development, Training Calendar Plan.
