As a Regional Director, RPO Services – ASEAN you are overarchingly responsible for client retention and satisfaction, account profitability and growth, as well as internal operations across a portfolio of clients. You will play a crucial role in enabling us to continue scaling through challenging market conditions by putting a strong emphasis on providing our clients with white-glove service through strong relationship building, seeking opportunities for improvement, and partnering internally to build best in-class candidate attraction and engagement strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Manage client partnership relationships to ensure satisfaction, deliver results, and manage escalations
  • Prepare and lead quarterly business review (QBR) meetings with all clients to review service efficacy
  • Review metrics, reports, and pipelines to ensure SLAs/KPIs are being met or exceeded
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within existing client engagements, including new services and/or expansion of existing scope 
  • Generate and monitor monthly financial projections
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure improved service levels externally, while continuing to create efficiencies operationally
  • Set performance targets and hold staff accountable for achievement
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to direct reports, fostering growth and development
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the client by providing insights across all aspects of recruitment, including market trends, innovative talent solutions, and best practices—to help shape and enhance their overall talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with the APAC RPO Sales Director to drive new business development through proposal design, pricing strategy, and client presentations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment
  • Be willing to travel for internal and client meetings like Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), process improvement workshops, trainings, etc. 
  • Demonstrate a history of building and growing deep client relationships and a comfort with up-selling within existing accounts
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage through senior leadership, rather than just managing individual contributors
  • Demonstrate conflict management, good judgement, negotiation and diplomacy skills
  • Possess strong project and budget management skills
