PFB JD:
- Administer end-to-end UK/Sweden/Italy/France/Luxembourg/Portugal payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations. In dept knowledge of – Payroll Country specific Compliances.
- Maintain and update employee records, including salary, tax, and benefit information.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of statutory payments, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related issues and streamline processes.
- Process new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status, ensuring correct payroll adjustments.
- Manage and administer employee benefits such as pensions, healthcare, and other deductions.
- Ensure accurate calculation and processing of statutory and voluntary deductions.
- Reconcile payroll reports with financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Co-ordinate with ADP (Payroll vendor) to run payroll (In depth knowledge is mandatory).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
