About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles (core, embedded, hardware, semiconductor, automotive) and IT roles across various levels, including senior leadership positions. The role involves close collaboration with Hiring Managers and the Client TA Head, ensuring delivery of top talent and a seamless recruitment process.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

· Hire for engineering roles (mechanical, manufacturing, embedded, hardware, semiconductor, automotive) and IT roles (software development, cloud, DevOps, etc.).

· Partner with Hiring Managers and senior leadership for effective stakeholder management.

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools.

· Maintain strong candidate engagement to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

· Provide regular updates and recruitment status reports to stakeholders.

· Mentor junior recruiters as required.

 

Key Skills & Experience

· 6 to 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

· Proven track record in hiring for engineering and IT roles across different functions.

· Experience hiring for senior-level positions such as Architects, Directors, and other technology-based roles.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Should have experience in Vendor management

· Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
