We believe that great sourcing builds great teams. We’re partnering with a mission-driven, fast-growing client and are looking for a motivated, entry-level Sourcer to help identify top talent across global markets. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates based in Brazil or Argentina who are passionate about recruiting and ready to grow their careers. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referral channels.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and target profiles.
  • Craft and send outreach messages to engage passive talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and sourcing notes in the ATS.
  • Provide market research and sourcing insights to help refine strategies.
  • Support early-stage screening processes as needed.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sourcing, research, or recruiting (internships count!).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Clear written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently and across time zones.
  • Organized, data-driven, and eager to learn.
