Sr Talent Sourcing Specialist (Sr Sourcer)
Role: Sr Talent Sourcing Specialist (Sr Sourcer) Basic Functions
This position will collaborate and support our clients in India in sourcing and screening top talent for our customers.
Our Sourcing Specialists work closely with Recruiters and are responsible for identifying potential talent for roles using multiple sourcing channels. Working in a strong partnership engagement with our Clients/Inhouse Recruiters across APAC, you will deliver quality candidate resumes through the use of the KellyOCG Talent Sourcing Methodology.
Responsibilities:
· Interact with Inhouse/Client recruiters to understand the requirements, joining the intake meetings with the Hiring manager along with the recruiters.
· Manage the end-to-end candidate hiring process
· Complete customized pre-screen questionnaire to ensure validation of potential candidates match requisition requirements.
· Effectively review talent from all channels, moving qualified candidates to the Recruiter for the next hiring process step
· Posts jobs as requires on multiple sourcing channels.
· Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)
· Develops and implements sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates.
· Develops and maintains extensive and effective networks within professional associations and within the community to ensure a continuous flow of candidates.
· Utilizes advanced internet mining techniques (in-depth will be provided)
· Effective usage of market intel were required to showcase challenges and alternatives
· Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline, should have experience in generating references from the potential candidates.
· Follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics.
· Work within the technology platform (ATS) to track all aspects of the recruitment process for reporting purposes and talent management.
· Document candidate information in applicant tracking system and ensure strong candidate engagement.
Experience/Education:
· Required: 5 to 7years work experience and demonstrated proactive/passive customer service skills
· Strong experience in Sourcing using various channels with ability to screen to identify top talents for the positions.
· Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn new internet searching skills during the development of Boolean strings rapport evaluate and prioritize tasks in a high-volume staffing environment.
· Research skills and ability to “think-outside-the-box” and identify 2nd level of information regarding talent skills and experience.
· Effectively works in partnership with Onsite Recruiting Consultants to maximize candidate flow.
· Process orientated and ability to follow structured methodology.
· Experience in longlist and alternative sourcing methodologies would be an advantage.
· Research skills and ability to analyze data and summaries.
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Accurate data capture & timely reporting on service metrics
· Graduate or higher education
