Job Title: Stress Analysis – Ansys Sherlock

Skillsets: ANSYS SHERLOCK Software, Electronic Components, FEA Software

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed FEA simulations and analyses of electronic components using ANSYS Sherlock.
• Evaluate and validate design concepts to optimize the reliability and performance of electronic components under various operating conditions.
• Collaborate with design engineers to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the structural integrity and thermal performance of electronic components.
• Generate comprehensive reports outlining analysis results, recommendations, and design modifications.
• Work closely with the various teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for improving component reliability and durability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in performing FEA simulations for electronic components, preferably using ANSYS Sherlock.
• Proficiency in ANSYS software suite, particularly in Sherlock, Mechanical, and Electronics Desktop modules.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics, thermal analysis, and failure analysis methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to electronic component reliability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
