Role: Talent Sourcing Specialist (Sourcer)
Basic Functions
This position will collaborate and support our India RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business in the development and implementation of strong sourcing services.
Our Sourcing Specialists work closely with Recruiters and are responsible for identifying potential talent for roles using multiple sourcing channels. You will be provided guidance by Senior Sourcing and Lead Sourcing Specialists around what appropriate talent sourcing channels should be used based the requisition criteria. Working in a strong partnership engagement with our Onsite and Field Recruiters across APAC, you will deliver quality candidate resumes through the use of the KellyOCG Talent Sourcing Methodology.
Responsibilities:
· Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)
· Develops and implements sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates.
· Develops and maintains extensive and effective networks within professional associations and within the community to ensure a continuous flow of candidates.
· Utilizes advanced internet mining techniques (in-depth will be provided)
· Identifies and researches recruiting events.
· Identifies and researches new innovative and creative sourcing methods.
· Utilizes online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential passive candidates.
· Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals.
· Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline.
· Connecting with candidate to screens their suitability.
· Interfaces directly with the Recruiter to gain understanding of position requirements and all aspects of the client’s requirements.
· Follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics.
· Work within the technology platform (ATS) to track all aspects of the recruitment process for reporting purposes and talent management.
· Fully documents candidate information in applicant tracking system and ensure strong candidate engagement.
· Effectively review talent from all channels, moving qualified candidates to the Recruiter for the next hiring process step
· Complete customized pre-screen questionnaire to ensure validation of potential candidates match requisition requirements.
· Posts jobs as requires on multiple sourcing channels.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Technical:
· Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn new internet searching skills during the development of Boolean strings rapport evaluate and prioritize tasks in a high-volume staffing environment.
· Research skills and ability to “think-outside-the-box” and identify 2nd level of information regarding talent skills and experience.
· Experience with entering data into a database, with a focus on quality.
· Process orientated and ability to follow structured methodology.
· Problem solver with analytical thinking, an ability to explore options and ideas to get results.
Professional:
· Demonstrates the ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a high-volume recruitment environment.
· Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with job seekers – focus will be on strong listening skills and ability to capture key information on talent skills, experience, and motivations.

· Effectively works in partnership with Onsite Recruiting Consultants to maximize candidate flow.

Experience/Education:
· Required: 2+ years’ work experience and demonstrated proactive/passive customer service skills
· Skills in customer service through telephone so great communications skills
· Recruitment and/or sourcing experience would be an advantage.
· Research skills and ability to analyze data and summaries.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
