Qualification: Any Graduate

Skillsets: Value Stream , Distribution logistic , OPEX methods.

Job Description:

• Tracks and is responsible for the capacity in the area of responsibility.
• Observes and controls deviations in the performance of responsible people and lines over a longer period of time.
• Keeps track of the waste level such as rework and seeks to realize measures to reduce or eliminate it.
• Recognizes the losses in the Value Stream and initiates activities to optimize the workflow of the production / logistic lines.
• Responsible that all necessary resources (people, machine, material) are available on the lines.
• Identifies, solves or escalates problems according to Shop floor Management.
• Drives analyzing KPIs in the Value Stream and coordinates suggestions for improvements with the Operation Unit Leader.
• Responsible for complying with established standards in terms of safety, tidiness and cleanliness in the area of responsibility.
• Good knowledge of OPEX methods.
• Experience in managing team leaders.
• Knowledge of Quality management and control.
• Very good communication skills.
• Very good technical knowledge of the products produced in the Value Stream/ distribution logistic.
• Customer oriented.
• Leadership skills.
